Blue Properties Inc. is a South Florida company with over 6 years of experience in the Real Estate industry. Their focus is on helping investors find the ideal real estate properties that will get them the most return on their money. While they are dedicated to “flipping” houses and these are usually found in despair, investors need to feel confident in where they are putting their money, the trust factor was key.
Blue is in the core of this company’s identity so coming up with a color palette wasn’t part of our challenge. Our real challenge was to stand out from the crowd in terms of professionalism and creating a good impact from the beginning.
